The general conditions of use of the website and the embalazko.si online store have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce.

Before using the online store embalazko.si, we advise you to read the Terms of Business written below. As a user, you agree to these terms when ordering an item from an online store or subscribing to an electronic newsletter.
The operator reserves the right to change the conditions at any time and without prior notice. All changes are binding on customers from the time they are posted on the website. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the online store.
Method of payment
It is possible to pay via proforma invoice (UPN order), PayPal and GoCrypto.
Ordering goods is possible through the online store embalazko.eu.
In the event that a potential buyer contacts other communication channels (mail, Facebook message, phone call), he will be further referred to the online store embalazko.eu.
Registered and unregistered users can shop in the online store. The customer selects the item, adds it to the cart and continues the purchase process by clicking on the Cart tab in the menu or on the button at the top of the page that appears when adding products to the cart. The shopping cart overview is available to the user all the time browsing the embalazko.si store. Before placing an order, the customer is given a comprehensive overview of the order and also the option to move back through the online order and remove any products. After clicking the Continue to checkout button, the user adds his / her contact and delivery information and, if necessary, adds a comment and a press file. This is followed by the completion of the order by clicking on the Buy Now button.
The registered user has always available information on the content of current and all past orders on the embalazko.eu website.
After placing the order, the customer receives a confirmation e-mail on receipt of the order, which again states all the information. The contract on the purchase of ordered items between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage. This mail is considered as a pro forma invoice, according to which the customer sees or pays the cost. The e-mail also contains all the information needed to complete the transaction. The manager will save the content of orders of registered and unregistered users.
The user can cancel the order until the order is shipped. Cancellation is possible via e-mail or contact form on the website, where the order number and personal data provided with the order must be stated.
Supply of goods
In case the availability of the item is marked in stock, we will send the order to your address in 1-5 working days. In addition to the goods, the buyer receives an invoice. Most packages are delivered by GLS or DPD. Prices for delivery can be found here. The buyer can also arrange the delivery of the products in which case the buyer needs to send an inquiry for the products so that an individual proforma invoice can be sent to the buyer without the delivery costs.
In case of incorrect selection of the item and by prior agreement with the provider, the buyer covers all delivery costs, which means the first delivery for the wrong product, delivery to return the package and delivery for the correctly selected item. When returning the package, the customer informs the provider and returns it.
In the case of larger quantities of items, we choose the cheapest carrier of pallet deliveries and deliver the goods to the customer, by prior agreement on price and delivery between the buyer and the provider.
Returns of goods
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), within 14 days of receiving the product, the customer can email firstname.lastname@example.org to withdraw from the contract without having to state the reason for his decision. The deadline starts one day after the date of receipt. The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal is the return postage. The consumer must return the goods to the operator no later than 30 days after the notice of withdrawal in the same condition as received.
The consumer is liable for a reduction in the value of the goods if the reduction in value is due to conduct that is not necessarily necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The consumer is not responsible for the reduction of the value of the goods if the company does not inform him of the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with point 4 of the first paragraph of Article 43.b.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
The company returns the received payments to the consumer with the same means of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer does not bear any costs as a result.
Return of goods on request (printing, labels) is not possible. The right to a refund of the purchase price, warranty, material defects and incorrectly performed services is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (unofficial consolidated text).
Complaints and factual errors
The provider is responsible for material errors of purchased products in the online store embalazko.eu. The user reports the complaint to the e-mail address email@example.com. The user must describe the error in more detail in the error notification and allow the provider to inspect the product. The goods with a copy of the invoice and a description of the defect shall be sent by the user to IDEADESIGN, Davorin Erman s.p., Krmelj 83b, 8296 Krmelj, no later than 14 days after the written message has been submitted. The bidder will acknowledge receipt of the complaint no later than eight working days after the written notification of the buyer and also provide a written response to the resolution of the complaint.
The user can inform us about a complaint due to a material error within 30 days of purchasing the product. The consumer must describe the defect in more detail in the defect notification and allow the seller to inspect the item. The seller is not liable for material defects in the goods that appear after 30 days have passed since the thing was delivered.
A defect in property shall be deemed to have existed at the time of extradition if it occurs within 30 days of extradition. If the defect is not disputed, the company must comply with the consumer’s request as soon as possible, but no later than within eight days. The company must respond in writing to the consumer’s request no later than eight days after receipt, if the defect is disputed. The right to a refund of the purchase price, warranty, material defects and incorrectly performed services is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (unofficial consolidated text).
Offer of items and prices
We allow the possibility of errors in entering technical specifications of items. Some images of articles are partly symbolic because the shade of the material (paper, cardboard) changes and may deviate from the product in the picture. For any ambiguities, write us a message.
All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. The purchase contract between the manager and the customer is concluded at the moment when the manager confirms the order (the customer receives an electronic order confirmation to the specified e-mail address). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the operator and the buyer. The online store reserves the right that a certain product is not in stock and can no longer be delivered, despite the fact that it is published in the online store.
The provider does its best to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the information published on its pages. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the items, delivery time or price may change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the provider will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered item.
Although the provider strives to provide accurate photographs of the advertised items, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. Photographs do not guarantee or guarantee the properties of the item.
The bidder has the option of withdrawing from the contract with the client only if an obvious error is established (Article 46 of the Civil Code). An obvious defect is defined as the essential characteristics of the object and all errors that are considered decisive according to traffic customs or the intention of the customers and which the provider would not confirm or conclude the contract in case of knowledge. This also includes obvious price errors.
The provider reserves the right to change the terms of business at any time and in any way, for any reason and without prior notice.
Complaints and disputes
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in case of problems, the user can contact by phone or e-mail. The complaint is submitted via the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. The appeal procedure is confidential.
In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act. IDEADESIGN, Davorin Erman s.p., which as a provider of goods and services enables online trade in Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS). Protection of personal data
The controller undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user. The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information materials, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication. Under no circumstances will the user’s data be passed on to unauthorized persons or passed on for use to third parties. The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data.
The user agrees that when subscribing to e-news, we periodically inform him about news on the site, news in the offer and promotions. The provider undertakes not to misuse or pass on the user’s e-mail address to a third party in any way. The user can unsubscribe from receiving news at any time.
